The initial focus of WTC's turbine deployment strategy is North America, although there is considerable interest in WTC's technology in China. Tremendous wind resources exist throughout much of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Growing support for wind and other renewable energy sources by the U.S. and Canadian governments and several state and provincial governments is ensuring a growing market for these technologies.

WTC plans to complete its new blade development and testing work by mid-2005 and introduce a limited quantity of WTC 750 kW wind turbines in three or four geographically dispersed regions of North America. This will provide us with experience in different wind regimes and climatic conditions. Following the successful operation of these commercial demonstration turbines, WTC will begin selling the 750 kW turbine commercially.

WTC will be a turbine system integrator, procuring components from approved vendors and assembling them into complete, ready to install, connect and operate wind turbines. WTC will also support or provide turnkey installation of its turbines.

In addition to manufacturing its turbines, WTC will establish a full service aftermarket support operation to assist customers and assure that any turbine problems are addressed immediately and effectively. WTC does not expect its' customers to tolerate non-operational wind turbines. WTC will not stand for unhappy customers.
